Integrated Drivers App
With Sprout’s Integrated Drivers App your drivers have access to the data they need in the palm of their hand.
Drivers can seamlessly scan the product to ensure the correct product and quantities were delivered.
Paperless proof of delivery allows signed invoices to automatically and in real-time be returned to Sprout for processing.
It can also be emailed to the customer or transmitted via EDI without further processing by your team. This is another way Sprout can speed up the revenue cycle while eliminating extra steps and expenses.
Online Ordering via Web or App

EDI is not an option for many customers - it is a requirement. Sprout supports many different EDI formats, such as:
Sprout’s EDI module provides all mapping utilities needed to connect with customers. At any level - bill to or ship to - you can map products directly from the inventory setup with no limit to the number of vendor part numbers that can be mapped. Customers can be mapped using GLNs, DUNS+4, or their specific codes.
Sprout can return any common formats, such as 856 ASNs, 855 Acknowledgements, 810 Invoices, 832 Catalogs.

On the accounts payable side, we have created an intuitive method to scan invoices, bills of laden, shipping documents, etc. without manually keying in identifying information.
